Founded in 2019 by Alex Ross, Innovative Design & Construction Management Inc. is a privately owned, full-service firm comprising construction, architecture, project management and NYC violation resolving services. IDCMinco is a construction company based in Brooklyn, New York, and servicing all five boroughs. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and architectural technology from the New York City College of Technology and a masters degree in construction management from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego. After completing his formal education, Ross trained under the tutelage of the late, famed architect Alex Miller and architect Lawrence Ogunlade.
